With HomePhone+, there's no need for a phone socket. So you can simply plug it in to any electrical socket, anywhere you like, then press a button to register at your convenience.

No appointment and no installation needed

First things first

Complete the following steps to register and activate the service for the first time. HomePhone+ is ready for use in no time.

Service registration:

1. Make sure the power plug is connected to the DC jack on the bottom of the main docking station.
2. Place the docking station where you'd like to keep it and make sure the plug is inserted into a standard power socket.
3. Press the Red button to connect to our customer service agent, who will help you with your service registration process.
4. When charging your battery for the first time, place the handset in the docking station for about a day, when not in use.

Activation:

1. If your HomePhone+ phone number is a new number, you can use the phone as soon as the service registration is complete.
2. If you port-in your existing phone number (I.e. use your old phone number) to HomePhone+, you can use the phone from the port-in date. The date is stated on your Customer Notice Card.

Pairing the extension with the main unit

If you have an extension unit, you'll need to pair it with your main station. Make sure both docking stations are plugged into a standard power socket and the phones are charged.

1. Press the Paging button on the main docking station until the power LED light starts blinking.
2. Press * on the extension phone until you see the message 'Start pairing' on the screen.
3. Place the extension phone onto the main docking station. Wait until you see the message 'Pair completed' and you hear a 'beep' sound.
4. Your extension phone is now connected. Place it back onto the extension docking station.
