1. How to pair up the extension unit with the main unit?


Press the Paging button on the main docking station until the power LED light starts blinking.	Press * on the extension phone until you see the message 'Start pairing' on the screen.	Place the extension phone onto the main docking station. Wait until you see the message 'Pairing completed' and you hear a 'beep' sound.	Your extension phone is now connected. Place it back onto the extension docking station.

2. How to make an IP Call?


Press the IP Call button.	Enter the person's IP call address or select the Phonebook icon to search for an IP call address.	Press the Call button.	When you see this symbol it means the person you want to call is online. Press the Call button to make an Internet call.

3. How to make a conference call?


During a call, select Conference.	Enter the third person's phone number, then press the Call button.	After the third person answers, select Conference again. You can now speak with both people.	To add more people (up to six people, including yourself) to the conference, just repeat steps 1-3.

4. How to check missed calls, voicemails and service messages?

For missed calls (single flash)	To retrieve your voicemail (double flash)	For service messages (triple flash)

When you see a single flash means you have missed a call(s). Press the Alert light button.	To retrieve voicemails, press the Alert light button. And select Retrieve to hear all of the voicemails. Or dial 138, then press the Call button* to check your message.	Press the Alert light button. You'll see a list of message(s). Select any one of them and press OK to view its contents.

5. How to use your phonebook?
To add a new number:


Press the Phonebook button, then select Options.	Select Add, then press the OK button.	Select Phone number of IP call address, then press the OK button.	Enter the name and phone number or IP call address.	Select Options, then select Save, then press the OK button.

Setting up speed dial:


Press the Phonebook button.	Select a phonebook entry, then long-press the button of the speed dial number you want to set (between 0 and 9), until the speed dial number is stored.	To make a call using speed dial, press the *asterisk button ()** followed by the appropriate digit.
